1688全面取消仅退款
3月17日，阿里巴巴集团旗下平台1688在“好生意大会”公布，3月下旬开始，全面取消“仅退款”。平台在处理商品品质问题的交易纠纷时，将根据账号诚信情况来判定，符合要求的将由平台出资补贴给买家。商家无需承担相关费用，补贴完成后，商品无需退回，其他的退款申请交由商家自主处理。
