47人案裁決 罪成被告6.25起求情
47 名民主派被控「串謀顛覆國家政權」罪，16 名被告不認罪，案件周四（30 日）在西九龍裁判法院（暫代高院）裁決。16 名不認罪被告之中，僅劉偉聰、李予信獲裁定無罪，成為《國安法》後首兩名無罪被告；其餘 14 人則全部被裁定罪成。
刑事檢控專員楊美琪緊接裁決指，有意引《刑事訴訟程序條例》提上訴，要求無罪被告維持原有條件保釋。法官終下令兩人繼續擔保，但警署報到次數可減至每月一次。
14 名罪成被告須還押候判，法官暫定本案於 6 月 25 日起求情，另指被告求情陳詞不可多於 20 頁，需於 14 天內呈交。

elegram is updating its messaging app with options for auto-deleting messages, expiring invite links, and new unlimited groups, the company shared in a blog post. Much like Signal, Telegram received a burst of new users in the confusion over WhatsApp’s privacy policy and now the company is adopting features that were already part of its competitors’ apps, features which offer more security and privacy. Auto-deleting messages were already possible in Telegram’s encrypted Secret Chats, but this new update for iOS and Android adds the option to make messages disappear in any kind of chat. Auto-delete can be enabled inside of chats, and set to delete either 24 hours or seven days after messages are sent. Auto-delete won’t remove every message though; if a message was sent before the feature was turned on, it’ll stick around. Telegram’s competitors have had similar features: WhatsApp introduced a feature in 2020 and Signal has had disappearing messages since at least 2016.
