在後國安法時代，個人認為每個海外集會都帶有「民族建構」的功能。此外，舉辦集會也是為了和不同民族、盟友將來有更多進階合作而練兵、磨合的實戰方式之一。

對於海外遊行、集會時佔路、燒旗、放煙霧彈等行動，每個人都有自由，我沒有意見。只要作岀行動前，手足有覺悟可能被捕，不介意政治庇護受影響就可以了。

當日我們以三首真正的國歌作開場，也以三首國歌作結。總有一天，香港民族、藏族、維吾爾族三族會像波羅的海三國般迎來光復，在國際並肩而立。

最後，謹此感謝約1,000名出席十一的同路人、義工、協辦團隊、攝記。
