京东外卖因商家信息不符等问题被天府新区市监局约谈
5月22日，四川天府新区市场监管局因“京东外卖”平台存在部分入驻商家公示的经营场所图片与实际不符、超范围经营及低价低质竞争扰乱市场秩序等问题，依法对其进行了约谈。监管局要求京东外卖立即整改，落实平台主体责任，加强内部管理，并切实维护消费者、商家及外卖骑手的合法权益。京东外卖西南区域负责人表示将严惩违规商家并加强资质审查与信息审核。天府新区市场监管局声明将持续开展外卖食品安全监督检查。
