冯德莱恩：若关税谈判失败 或向美大型科技公司征税
欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩说，如果与美国的谈判无法结束特朗普政府对欧盟的关税战，欧盟可能对美国大型科技公司征收关税。
法新社报道，冯德莱恩在英国《金融时报》星期四（4月10日）刊登的访问中指出，欧盟有广泛的应对措施；例如，在全欧盟范围对数码服务的广告收入征税。
她还表示可以使用一种名为“反胁迫工具”的新贸易武器。
这是冯德莱恩迄今为止就特朗普的关税政策发表最强硬的讲话。欧盟此前一直坚称寻求与华盛顿达成一项互利协议。
特朗普祭出钢铝和汽车关税后，又宣布对欧盟大部分进口产品征收20%对等关税。4月9日，特朗普在对等关税正式生效10多个小时突然宣布暂缓实施对等关税90天，但进一步上调对中国的关税至145%。

Don’t be surprised if you find a large number of files in that folder—it holds your personal collection of stickers and every one you’ve ever received. If you want to trim the fat and grab only the best of the best, this is the perfect time to do so: choose the ones you want to export by long-pressing one file to activate selection mode, and then tapping on the rest. Once you’re done, hit the Share button (that “less than”-like symbol at the top of your screen). If you have a big collection—more than 500 stickers, for example—it’s possible that nothing will happen when you tap the Share button. Be patient—your phone’s just struggling with a heavy load.On the menu that pops from the bottom of the screen, choose Telegram, and then select the chat named Saved messages. This is a chat only you can see, and it will serve as your sticker bank. Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
