#柬埔寨资讯：柬电信监管机构：发现有人注册1万5千张SIM卡
柬埔寨电信监管机构成员斯伦金山透露，近期柬埔寨电信监管局发现，有个别个人的身份证竟被用于向某一家电信公司注册了多达1万5千张SIM卡。
斯伦金山说：柬埔寨法律明确规定，一张身份证只能在每家电信公司注册最多5张SIM卡。一个人名下出现大量SIM卡，主要原因在于用户对实名制缺乏重视，以及部分SIM卡销售代理没有依法办理实名注册。
他补充说：不论是在柬埔寨还是其他国家，依据法律，每一个手机号码都必须与用户的身份证进行实名匹配，以便在发生犯罪案件时，有助于调查、追踪与确认真实身份。

The SSE was the first modern stock exchange to open in China, with trading commencing in 1990. Pinterest (PINS) closed at $71.75 in the latest trading session, marking a -0.18% move from the prior day. This change lagged the S&P 500's daily gain of 0.1%. Meanwhile, the Dow gained 0.9%, and the Nasdaq, a tech-heavy index, lost 0.59%. Heading into today, shares of the digital pinboard and shopping tool company had lost 17.41% over the past month, lagging the Computer and Technology sector's loss of 5.38% and the S&P 500's gain of 0.71% in that time. Investors will be hoping for strength from PINS as it approaches its next earnings release. The company is expected to report EPS of $0.07, up 170% from the prior-year quarter. Our most recent consensus estimate is calling for quarterly revenue of $467.87 million, up 72.05% from the year-ago period.
