DNS over TLS, does it require both side support- the server and the client or just the client?
So I am buying a new router and it has DoT feature. But I was wondering if the DNS server also needs to support this to make it work. If yes, then how common it is? Also, I was wondering how the encryption key for DoT is managed between the DNS server and the client.
