BiTGApps Stable Release (v2.5)

This update brings Android 14 Google Apps Package including bootloop fixes for older Android version.

* Added Support for Android 14 Google Apps Package.
* Removed GMS Doze fixes Superficial issues with UI/UX.
* Advance Features and Options now available. Proceed with CAUTION.
* Minor adaptations to installation stack for Android 14.
* Added missing Privileged Permissions fixes bootloop.
* It will now show backup/restore progress during OTA update.
* Config file is also updated, it is now bitgapps.conf instead of bitgapps-config.prop; Relevant for SetupWizard users.
* With this release, we started to save installation logs in internal storage and /system/etc (if encrypted data).
* Installation logs file is usually named as bitgapps_debug_logs_xx.tar.gz

Last Release of Year 2023!

There are a lot of users who do not use SetupWizard, that initial Google Setup screen. But still they are keeping the burden of free space requirement of SetupWizard alone. It nearly took 22MB's in Android 14 which is not worthy to have, when you just have CORE version. With December 31st release, this additional space will be excluded from Non SetupWizard users. It will help those, who are struggling with Google Apps size even with minimal version and others will left with more free space in system.

Polaris: A Companion App for BiTGApps

It can create configuration file with selected options and rebuild BiTGApps Package with that configuration. It's a one click process and you don't have to deal with configuration file manually.

✅ The first toggle is for enabling SetupWizard installation and its information can be found on Homepage.

✅ The second toggle is for enabling Systemless installation. Click on Advance Features & Options card to learn more about it.

When referring BiTGApps to others, do not forget to share website link, https://bitgapps.io

After installing BiTGApps and successfully booting into system, there is no need to flash new BiTGApps update on top of it. Just don't OK! You are supposed to install it only once and whenever you update within the same ROM, OTA Survival will take care of Google Apps. Unlike stock rom, they booted once with whatever Google Apps and nobody is re-flashing them by any means.

Flash new BiTGApps, when switching to different ROM or its a clean flash, Go brrrrrr.

Exception for Above Post

If ROM has payload.bin stuff or does not shipped with addon.d backup functionality, in that case You need to reflash GApps Package after OTA update, Go brrrrr.

So i released two updates in a row v3.1 & v3.2 to fix that broken audio on older Platform. But it turns out, it is still there. With the help of @super14253, we figured out what causing this and new build will be released soon with proper fixes. All thanks to @super14253 for his time and efforts. Apologize for the inconvenience caused.
