ينخل الطحين والكاسترد والسكر ويضاف الهيل ثم نضيف فوقه الزبدة والفانيليا ونعجن باليد حتى تصبح ناعمة ومن الممكن ان نحتاج ملعقة اخرة من الزبدة حسب الطحين تشكل كرات على صينية الفرن وتضغط بالشوكة حتى تاخذ الشوكة وتتسطح بشكل مناسب وجميل نسخن الفرن على درجة حرارة 180وتخبز الغريبة بالكاسترد في الفرن لمدة 20 الى 25 دقيقة ثم نخرجها من الفرن ونتركها جانبا حتى تبرد وننصح بعدم مسها وهي ساخنة لانها ستتفتت 🍨🍨🍨🎂🎂🎂
