正常来说，根据日本总务省“电波三法”中的《电波法》（译为无线电法），没有经过日本 TELEC 认证（即技适认证）的 Wi-Fi、蓝牙和有线网络设备是禁止在日本使用的。
但是对于游客来说，《电波法》第二章第一节第四条其二规定，如果你的 Wi-Fi 设备有 Wi-Fi 联盟认证和欧盟的 CE 认证或者美国的 FCC 认证，或者你的蓝牙设备带有 Bluetooth SIG 认证，那么在90天内是可以使用的，超过90天了就有可能会因为违反《电波法》而被处罚。
