🌿 Valley Adventures
Last week we introduced our upcoming NFT staking program, now known as Valley Adventures! Today we'd like to provide some additional details about this exciting new product.

Valley Adventures is a web-based gamified NFT staking program, it will feature ongoing seasons which are currently planned to run for 3 weeks each. Players can interact with our website, stake their beloved Gen0 Chumbi NFTs, and embark on various quests. Each quest offers a unique narrative, distinct rewards, and specific conditions for participation. Some quests will be available to specific Chumbi types or traits, while others are open to all Chumbi. Each quest will immerse the player into the Chumbi Valley universe, introducing lore, and NPCs, and expanding your knowledge of Chumbi Valley.

Players will select a quest, send eligible Chumbi on an adventure (lasting approximately 2 days), and, upon completion, discover the result – categorized as good, neutral, or bad. Depending on the outcome of the adventure, the player's Chumbi will bring back useful and potentially valuable rewards! All Adventure results will have a specific narrative tied to them. Our Game Designer David had a lot of fun creating these lore-inspired adventure outcomes, having already created hundreds of possibilities. Each quest will be available for a set duration, most likely 7 days, and once the timer expires, no more Chumbi can be sent on that particular quest. With each Valley Adventures Season lasting 21 days, there will be a number of quests to choose from, take a look at a tiny sneak peek of our adventure selection UI concept above 👆.

🔸 PART: 2/3

After each adventure, Chumbi will be exhausted and need to recover for 12 hours before being able to head out on another adventure. However, players can speed up the recovery of their tired Chumbi by feeding them Chumberries! This game mechanic will follow the Chumbi Breeding Chart rules, meaning that the higher the tier of your Chumbi, the more types of Chumberry it can eat (e.g. Tier 1 Chumbi can only eat their specific type of Chumberry but a Tier 4 Void Chumbi could eat any type of Chumberry!). For each adventure, depending on the player's luck, they will earn Lucky Stars and potentially other rewards. Lucky Stars will be used to buy items from the Valley Adventures Shop, these items will be both non-NFT such as Chumberries to replenish Chumbi energy, and NFT items that can be used in upcoming events such as the breeding event!

This provides a brief overview of the concept for Valley Adventures, and we are hard at work bringing it to life. We are confident that this Chumbi Valley Ecosystem Game will be successful in creating more interest in our core game and providing utility and demand for our current NFTs and CHMB!

🎮 Game Development
Regarding game dev of Chumbi Valley: Chapter 1, our developers are actively working on the server-side aspects, crucial for the game's functionality. While these features may be less visible, they are essential. We've restructured our database to become more robust and secure, and we are also currently implementing continuous integration to automatically generate game builds, allowing us to test in a more efficient way.

Additionally, we are developing our quest system to generate primary and secondary quests for players. Nikki will be working on the Quest interface from a design perspective in the coming weeks.
