Can i share my group/article to multiple groups? No its considered spam and you will get banned. Dont post in groups unrelated to your group. E.g. posting about NEO in Litecoin as the two are unrelated. There are communities that have altcoin discussion that allow posting of new groups but be careful about spamming.
