• گذراندن حداقل یک نیمسال تحصیلی برای دانشجویان کارشناسی • نداشتن حکم قطعی محکومیت در کمیته انضباطی • دارا بودن حداقل معدل کل ۱۴ برای دانشجویان کارشناسی • مشروط نبودن در نیمسال پیشین و یا نداشتن دو نیمسال مشروطی متوالی • عدم عضویت در شورای مرکزی تشکل‌های اسلامی کانون‌های فرهنگی هنری و انجمن‌های علمی • مدت باقیمانده از دوران تحصیل با احتساب نیمسالی که در آن انتخابات برگزار می‌شود کمتر از دو نیمسال نباشد.
