5 روش که نشون می‌ده فقط مدل ساختن کافی نیست:

1️⃣ قبلش باید مسئله بیزینسی رو درست تعریف کرده باشی
2️⃣ باید بدونی داده‌هات چقدر به تصمیم کمک می‌کنن
3️⃣ مدل بدون تست A/B یا مقایسه عملی = ریسک بالای تصمیم اشتباه
4️⃣ مدلی که توسط کاربر نهایی قابل درک نیست، اجرا نمی‌شه
5️⃣ بدون جریان داده پایدار، مدل به‌درد نمی‌خوره
