لي صديق معه مبلغ من المال حال عليه الحول، علمنا بأن هذا المبلغ يريد أن يضعه دفعه لشراء تكسي ... أول هل يجب علي أن يخرج زكاته قبل شراء التكسي ؟ ثانيا : إذا كان يجب عليه إخراج الزكاة ، فإن له أخ عليه ديون كثيرة وذو عيال ووضعه المادي صفر وهو من الغارمين. فهل يجوز له أن يخرج زكاته على أخيه أو جزء منها له والباقي لغيره ...
