Summary
The National project coordinator will lead the implementation of the animal health components of the three EPPR project pillars namely surveillance, laboratory and workforce. The National project coordinator's technical focus areas are: (a) preparation of project procurement plan in liaison with the procurement unit and diligently follow up on its implementation; (b) Lead the identification of project IPs, processing IP contracts and monitoring contract implementation; (c) Participate in country project coordination meetings, events as FAO project focal point; (d) Write and submit EPPR project reports as required.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in animal health or related field
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Animal Health programme management
