سلام استادِ عشق ونور خوبین؟ الحق والانصاف مراقبه کودک درون ودشت گلهای افتابگردان، معجزه اس. خدانکنه کودک رو تنهاش بذاری حسابی حالتو جامیاره تا همش کنارش باشی. من تقریبا دوماهی میشه گوش نکرده بودم خیللللی حالم بد بود فشار روانی که نگم بیمارم شده بودم. الان دو روزه که دارم گوش میکنم هم سرحالم کرده هم تا ۸۰درصد ذهنمو خاموش کرده و آرامش دارم. هم تونستم به کارام برسم یه کارنصف نیمه داشتم خیلی وقت نتونسته بودم انجام بدم میگفتم چرانمیشه؟! امروز شکرخدا انجام شد یه کوچولو دیگه ازش مونده. ازتون واقعااا سپاسگزارم هیچی جای این مراقبه رو نمیگیره 🙏🌺❤️

But according to Jim Paulsen, the Leuthold Group's chief investment strategist, rising interest rates do not represent a long-term threat to the stock market. Paulsen expects the 10-year yield to cross 2% by the end of the year.
A spike in interest rates and its impact on the stock market depends on the economic backdrop, according to Paulsen. Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
