لو جينا نقارن بين الاثلاثة الانابيب 🧐 نرى ان تيوب الدم الطبيعي تشكل فيةخلايا الدم الحمراء حوالى 45 ٪ والباقي للبلازما والصفائح وخلايا الدم البيضاء ،اما في حاله الانيميا تقل نسبة الخلايا الحمراء بشكل كبير ،وفي حاله polycythemia يزداد عدد الكريات الحمر .
هناك حاله يكون فيها تعداد الخلايا الحمراء طبيعي لكن يظهر بشكل polycythemia نطلق عليها pseudopolycthemia حيث تنخفض نسبة البلازما في الجسم بسبب الجفاف او التعرض لحروق.
بالنسبة لل normal range لنسبة الهيموجلوبين انها تختلف من مرجع لاخر باختلاف المجتمعات التي اخذت منها العينات بالنسبة لنا في اليمن لايوجد مثل هكذا ابحاث تحدد لنا normal range خاص بنا آمل ان استطيع كتابة احصاءات خاصة بنا في المستقبل 😁
