تفرز نوعين من الHaemolysins
Streptolysin S, Streptolysin O

يتم التعرف عليها عن طريق Beta hemolysis on blood agar نتيجه افرازها Streptolysin S

ويتم التعرف عليها معمليا عن طريق Streptolysin O
عن طريق اختبار ASO Titre
اختصار Anti streptolysin O titre

🔵 Streptolysin O (Oxygen labile), inactivated in presence of oxygen and its immunogenic (latex agglutination)

🔵 Streptolysin S (Oxygen stable), activated on presence of oxygen causing beta hemolysis in aerobic blood agar and its non immunogenic.

However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely.
