جایزه علمی دکتر مارقوسیان هر دو سال یک‌بار همزمان با برگزاری کنگره دوسالانه سرامیک ایران از بین دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه‌ها و پژوهشگاه‌های داخل کشور به یک پژوهشگر جوان برگزیده در حوزه سرامیک اعطا می‌شود. پژوهشگران جوان در صورت دارا بودن شرایط لازم می‌توانند در این مسابقه شرکت نمایند.

When dealing with security, you always want to leave room for scrutiny, and a few cryptography experts have criticized the system. Overall, any level of encryption is better than none, but a level of discretion should always be observed with any online connected system, even Telegram.
