I have invested EVERYTHING I have into this piece. My time, my attention, my financial resources, my love, my care, my passion, my patience, my prayers, everything.

And how can it be that as I'm finishing it, I feel like bringing this mandala to life has invigorated me and given me more than I put into it.

Such a good clip to portray a big part of the magical experience I personally had at Poco Mas Sol in Costa Rica this week at the very first Freedom Cells Retreat as we depended into our purpose & practice.

Every day waking up asking the elements to guide me, to be a hollow bone so that I may be of service to them and to the participants as I guided us through meditation.

Beyond grateful to the family at Poco Mas Sol & to all of the participants, now new friends.
