На дебатах в Мосгордуме предложили вернуть телесные наказания в школы. «Битьё определяет сознание», — заявил первый зампред Валерий Дорогин. Он уверен, что в школах нужно ввести похожую на армейскую систему взысканий и поощрений.
Понятие совести у школьников отсутствует, а «что хорошо, что плохо» познаётся «через спину», заявил он.
