🔴 تتجلى الاصابة بوضعية النادل ، حيث يكون الطرف العلوي بوضعية تقريب و دوران داخلي ومرفق بوضعية البسط والكب ، والرسغ بوضعية عطف. تحدث من خلال أسباب عديدة ، نذكر منها : 🔹 الولادات الصعبة مثل الولادة المقعدية أو الولادة المطولة. وفي حالة انحشار كتفي الطفل الرضيع في قناة الولادة .
_ يلاحظ غياب منعكس مورو moro reflex في الذراع المصاب. _ يلاحظ غياب منعكس ذات الرأسين في الجهة المصابة . _ ضعف حسي في القسم الوحشي للذراع .
دور العلاج الفيزيائي : 1- الهدف من العلاج الحفاظ على المدى الحركي عبر تمارين بطيئة بكل المستويات 2- وضع الطرف المصاب بوضعية معاكسة للاصابة ( تبعيد كتف مع دوران خارجي وعطف واستلقاء مرفق وبسط للرسغ) 3- التحفيز الحسي للذراع 4- البدء بتقوية العضلات في المراحل المتقدمة عبر الضغط على بعض النقاط العضلية للتخفيز الحركي 🔴 في حال انقطاع الأعصاب نلجأ للعمليات الجراحية التصنيعية #الطب_بلا_حدود

In January alone, Telegram reported 90 million new accounts. Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
