Patel got charged with two counts of Felony Online Impersonation and one Class A misdemeanor charge of Misrepresentation of Identity, a Texas Election Code violation.

According to the investigation, Patel started his plot in October 2022 when he created the account with the identity of a real person in Needville, Texas including photos of the person with his family as the profile picture. He crafted the account to make it look like a Trump supporter and posted support for his Republican challenger in a racist way. (George)

A graduation ceremony honoring graduates from juvenile court & alternative schools was disrupted when a fight suddenly broke out and reports of a shooting occurred.

The fight reportedly occurred inside the concert hall when someone in the audience leaped over a second-story balcony and assaulted a graduate at the end of the ceremony. Fortunately, there were no injuries. Four people were detained.

NEW: Authorities with the Sargent County Sheriff’s Office say several railcars derailed about 6 miles from Oakes, North Dakota, after the train’s emergency braking system was activated.

Eighteen out of 105 railcars derailed around 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 13. Photos from the scene show some rail cars split open and spilling corn.

Authorities say the Dakota Missouri Valley and Western train was on its way to Napoleon, North Dakota.

No one was injured during the derailment and officials say it won’t impact any traffic in the area.

He was the trusted, faithful partner and companion to Sgt. April Sharpeta. K9 Badger, nicknamed “Honey Badger” due to his sassy personality, came to the department in 2013. He began training in tracking and articles but after a session with Sgt.
Nyland’s dogs, K-9 Badger found that human remains detection (HRD) was what he was meant to do.

NEW: Ride malfunction at Oaks Amusement Park leaves guests hanging upside down in Portland, Oregon.

Officials have evacuated the amusement park

The ride is at Oaks Amusement Park and is called "AtmosFEAR" and left 30 riders stranded for about 25 minutes

Emergency responders got to the scene and were able to manually bring the ride to the ground

A Los Angeles County firefighter was killed in the line of duty in an incident involving a vehicle fire or explosion in Littlerock, authorities confirmed Friday.

At Approximately 1:56 The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a Vehicle at 62nd St e and Ave T in the City of Palmdale.

While Fire Fighters were battling the vehicle an explosion occurred killing one Firefighter and injuring another. This is an active investigation, no information as in what station or names have been released.
