📓 On our YLD (Young Leaders Development) program, the Addis Ababa University students were asked to do an activity to hit this point home. During the activity everyone run to doing the task as opposed to first discussing who should be delegated to what job. A mistake we unknowingly make in different leadership positions that costs us time and effort.
