Kami ingin menegaskan kembali terkait lisensi muse 2D. Sebelumnya, kami telah mengumumkan kesepakatan seluruh pengikut WorkFess mengenai hal ini. (https://www.tg-me.com/WorkFess/17370)
Jika kita membahas lisensi di platform yang sudah dikenal sebagai black market, yaitu Telegram, bukankah hal tersebut merupakan sebuah kontradiksi? Disini, berbagai hal yang dianggap abu-abu, bahkan ilegal, justru berjalan dengan bebas.
Ketentuan ini berlaku untuk seluruh aspek jual beli di lingkungan WorkFess, termasuk profneeds, agensi, top-up, dan lain sebagainya. Ketiga hal tersebut pada dasarnya merupakan aktivitas ilegal untuk diperjualbelikan. Namun, di black market seperti Telegram, para pengguna diberikan kebebasan untuk melakukan transaksi. Setiap business account tentu telah memiliki peraturan tersendiri.
Lisensi memang memiliki peranan penting, dan setiap karya pasti memiliki perlindungan hukum. Namun, jangan sampai kita terjebak dalam standar ganda—membicarakan lisensi di satu sisi, tetapi tetap melakukan jual beli secara bebas di sisi lain.
Keputusan sepenuhnya ada di tangan kalian. WorkFess tidak akan membatasi kegiatan jual beli muse 2D dalam bentuk apa pun. Segala transaksi sepenuhnya merupakan kesepakatan antara penjual dan pembeli, termasuk aturan yang ditetapkan oleh masing-masing store.

For those who are lost, lilies shall bloom into you; almost like bruises that rots in the ribs of what remains inside. You are a decaying star longing to be held, your fingers trembling with want, each one of it bears the burden of regrets. We may dissolve before angels and faints could mutter their first prayer, and we would crumble before having the courage to take our very last breath. This world is painted with bloodshed, we are a sword built for ruin, our blistered skin has never known peace. Each night is spent with rots of ache from an embrace–that is never given–but in this sacred sanctuary, there’s a soil for you to grow. A shelter whereas sunlight will guide you, and washes away all your fears.
