The Bucharest Summer University is the official summer school of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies organised annually by the Bucharest University of Economic Studies Students’ Union (USASE) and the ASE Students’ Senate, with the academic mentorship of one of the eleven faculties from our university.
The Bucharest Summer University is open for students from all levels (bachelor, masters and PhD), from Europe and all around the world. In order to take part, you have to choose between our three categories of applications:
Full Scholarship
Partial Payment
Total Payment
For the first one, you need to fill in the application form, the resume and an essay based on this year’s topic, following some specific guidelines.
The second one requires the application form, the resume and a motivational letter.
For the third one, it is necessary only the application form and the CV.

Overview
The Cambridge MBA is one of the world’s leading business programmes, taught at one of the world’s most prestigious universities.
Scholarship recipients become members of Pembroke College, the third oldest and one of the most highly regarded colleges.
The Boustany MBA Cambridge Scholarship is granted once every two years for a one year course at Cambridge University, Judge Business School.
The Scholarship offers the following:
• Financial aid amounting 75% of the tuition fees
• Travel and accommodation expenses related to the internship.
The next Scholarship will be awarded for the class commencing Autumn 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have an excellent academic background and show considerable promise. Although the Scholarship can be awarded to candidates of any nation, priority will be given to candidates of Lebanese descent.
Candidates may apply for the Scholarship only after receiving an offer of admission from the Cambridge MBA programme.

The Australian Government Research Training Program Scholarships (AGRTPS) (International) are specifically intended to support international students to undertake a Higher Degree by research at Flinders University. The AGRTPS includes an international tuition fee offset, a living stipend and Overseas Health Care cover.
Please note: For visa purposes, the AGRTPS is a Commonwealth Sponsored Scholarship.
A limited number (up to 6) of AGRTPS are available each year. Due to the limited number of scholarships available, this scholarship is highly competitive.
The AGRTPS is awarded to candidates who demonstrate outstanding aptitude for independent research. AGRTPS are considered on the basis of academic merit, academic research training and research indicators and performance.
In 2024, the successful applicants received the maximum number of points (25) for their publications, i.e., applicants submitted 5 publications.
The scholarship is tenable for up to three years for a Research Doctorate degree and up to two years for a Research Masters degree. Successful applicants are required to undertake full time study and must be commencing a higher degree by research in Australia for the first time.
The AGRTPS pays a stipend at the standard rate set by the Australian Government of $33,990 pa tax free (2024 full time rate). The AGRTPS also includes a Research Training Program place (RTP), which provides an off set for tuition fees for up to 4 years.
An AGRTPS student who moves to Adelaide from overseas is eligible for an establishment allowance (after arrival at Flinders) of up to $1,485 to assist with relocation costs and airfares, provided receipts can be produced by the student.
Awards will only be available to those who:
Are a citizen of any overseas country except New Zealand, and do not hold Australian citizenship, Australian permanent resident status or New Zealand citizenship; and
Intend to commence full-time study for a higher degree by research in Australia for the first time, in the year for which the award is to offered. Students who commenced their higher degree by research in the previous year but who, due to the timing of their application for admission and subsequent enrolment, were unable to apply for an AGRTPS in that year, or, commenced a higher degree by research and terminated that enrolment within six months of commencement, may be considered; and
Intend to enroll in an area of research concentration. These are areas in which the University has particular strength, has concentrated its research resources and has attracted external funding; and
Satisfy all entry requirements for a higher degree by research, including the English proficiency levels in accordance with the English Language Proficiency Requirements for HDR Candidature at the time of application.

The Internship Programme is a learning opportunity aimed at attracting talented young women and men who are strongly motivated to share their new perspectives, innovative ideas and latest research experience in FAO’s domains.
The Internship Programme provides selected students, enrolled in an under-graduate or post-graduate degree programme or recent graduates, with the opportunity to supplement their academic knowledge with a practical work experience in a field related to the work of FAO. It will enable them to gain a better understanding of FAO’s mandate and programmes. At the same time, the Programme provides FAO with the assistance of qualified individuals specializing in relevant fields in connection to FAO's Strategic Framework and to UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: candidates must be nationals of FAO Members.
Education: candidates must be students enrolled in an under-graduate or graduate degree programme in a bona fide educational institution at the time of application, or recent graduates.
Languages: candidates must have working knowledge of at least one FAO official language (English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese or Russian). Knowledge of a second FAO official language will be considered an asset.
Age: candidates should be aged between 21 and 30 at the start of their internship (i.e. internship should start before the candidate turns 31).
Skills: candidates should be able to adapt to an international multicultural environment, have good communication skills and be knowledgeable in the use of basic computer programmes.
Residence/Visa status: candidates should have appropriate residence or immigration status in the country of assignment prior to the start of the internship assignment.
Family relation: candidates with family members (defined as brother, sister, mother, father) employed by FAO under any type of contract are not eligible for the Internship Programme.
The duration of an internship assignment is between 3 and 11 months.

The Global Youth Summit 2024, a fully funded summit is inviting young leaders from across the globe to join us in Cape Town, South Africa from 21-25 October 2024.
This year’s summit is not just a meeting place but a melting pot of ideas, cultures, and visions for a better future. Young Changemakers, aged 21-29 and living in any corner of the world, are invited to apply for a chance to participate in an unforgettable week of skills development, networking, and capacity building. Together with a diverse group of some of the world’s most inspiring youth leaders, you’ll embark on a journey of growth, collaboration, and action.
Participants of the Global Youth Summit 2024 will have the unique opportunity to connect with over 1300 changemakers in our international network and become eligible for grant funding to bring their impactful projects to life.

Global Changemakers is an international youth organisation with a mission to support youth to create positive change towards more fair, just, and sustainable communities. We do this through skills development, capacity building, mentoring, and grants.
We have trained over 50K young people from over 190 countries and provided grants to 500 youth-led projects in partnership with organisations such as the Shawn Mendes Foundation that have had a combined impact on over 16 million people.
We have organised four Virtual Youth Summits, twelve fully funded Global Youth Summits, and four Regional Summits in Asia, Latin America, Africa, and Europe, as well as many other skill-building events across the world.

OIST Research Internship Program Description
The OIST Graduate School offers education and research opportunities through our Research Intern program in STEM fields. The duration of the internship is typically from 2 to 6 months. These short-term placements give students the opportunity to gain experience in a particular laboratory or to learn a specific technique. Interns will work under the direction of a Professor and contribute to the research activities of OIST.
Internships may begin and end at any time during the year, with two application periods. For details about the application process and deadlines, please see the section "Apply to Research Internship."
Support
OIST will provide the following support for successful applicants.
Internship Allowance
JPY 2,400 per working day (Non-taxable and weekends excluded)
Commuting Allowance
OIST Shuttle Bus Pass
Travel Expenses
One direct round-trip air ticket (travel date will be closest date to the term of placement)
Accommodation
Furnished apartment on or off campus
Other Support
OIST will also assist in visa acquisition, insurance procedures, and local registration. This will only be provided for the student. Therefore, this does not pertain to the dependents and family members of the student.
Regulations
Applicants who intend to import biological or hazardous material for their research are urged to insure that such import is in compliance with all regulations of their home country, any country of transit, and of Japan, and to complete all necessary paperwork for importation well ahead of time.
Detailed regulations pertaining to matters of payment, intellectual property rights, attendance, health and safety, and other matters have been drawn up and will be made available to successful applicants.

OIST Research Internship Program Description
The OIST Graduate School offers education and research opportunities through our Research Intern program in STEM fields. The duration of the internship is typically from 2 to 6 months. These short-term placements give students the opportunity to gain experience in a particular laboratory or to learn a specific technique. Interns will work under the direction of a Professor and contribute to the research activities of OIST.
Internships may begin and end at any time during the year, with two application periods. For details about the application process and deadlines, please see the section "Apply to Research Internship."
Support
OIST will provide the following support for successful applicants.
Internship Allowance
JPY 2,400 per working day (Non-taxable and weekends excluded)
Commuting Allowance
OIST Shuttle Bus Pass
Travel Expenses
One direct round-trip air ticket (travel date will be closest date to the term of placement)
Accommodation
Furnished apartment on or off campus
Other Support
OIST will also assist in visa acquisition, insurance procedures, and local registration. This will only be provided for the student. Therefore, this does not pertain to the dependents and family members of the student.
Regulations
Applicants who intend to import biological or hazardous material for their research are urged to insure that such import is in compliance with all regulations of their home country, any country of transit, and of Japan, and to complete all necessary paperwork for importation well ahead of time.
Detailed regulations pertaining to matters of payment, intellectual property rights, attendance, health and safety, and other matters have been drawn up and will be made available to successful applicants.

The programme, which is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, offers the chance to acquire a Master’s degree in Master programmes of particular relevance for the social, political and economic development in the students’ countries of origin. In the light of the principles of Good Governance, highly qualified graduates with a first academic degree are being educated in political science, law, economics and administration and prepared for future leading positions in their home countries.

Danish Government Scholarships
The University of Copenhagen (UCPH) offers a limited number of tuition waivers and grants through the Danish Government Scholarship programme. The scholarships are competitive and offered to highly talented students with outstanding academic records from non-EU/EEU countries. All non-EU/EEA applicants offered admission will automatically be considered for the scholarship.
The Danish Government Scholarship is granted either as full or partial tuition fee waivers and/or as an amount that covers basic living costs.
Who is eligible?
In order to be eligible for a scholarship, you must be:
a citizen of a country outside the EU, EEA (the European Economic Area) or Switzerland
admitted to a master’s degree programme at the University of Copenhagen
granted a time-limited residence permit for the purpose of studying a higher educational programme in Denmark.

On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID) invites foreign citizens who are interested in studying for a specialization, master’s degree or doctorate, conducting graduate or postdoctoral research, or taking part in an undergraduate or graduate-level academic mobility program, to participate in the 2024 Mexican Government Scholarship Program for International Students.
The scholarships are offered to more than 180 countries through a series of bilateral conventions, multilateral programs and special agreements. More than 90 Mexican institutions participate and all offer academic programs registered with the National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT) as National Postgraduate System. These programs demonstrate the progress made by Mexico in the sciences and humanities.
By offering Mexican government scholarships for international students, Mexico strengthens its role as an actor with global responsibility and renews its commitment to cooperation programs that help create highly-skilled human capital. The presence in Mexico of international students, academics and scientists helps build permanent bridges of dialogue that enrich the long-term foreign policy agenda through contributions of exceptional value for the country and its partners abroad. In addition, the Mexican institutions and academic community benefit from the increased internationalization.
