Introducing @IamRenameBot, a simple Rename Bot for telegram which you can Rename Telegram files upto 1.95GB without any datacost with custom thumbnail support.

Limitations:

* This is only just an initial build more updates coming soon.
* 3 Minutes Colling time there. Because avoiding Spamming.
* Only filesize upto 1.95GB supported (Don't Have Telegram Premium)

Bugs:
As I've mentioned this is an initial build so bugs may be found.In my tests i cannot find anything so if you find anything wrong please let me know in
