🔺وی همچنین ادعاها برخی کاربران در فضای مجازی مبنی بر دریافت حمایت مالی از آمریکا در قبال تداوم این پروازها را رد کرد و گفت چنین ادعاهایی کذب است.
🔺عبدالکبیر درباره کمک‌های نقدی به افغانستان نیز اظهار داشت: «شکی نیست که پول به افغانستان می‌آید، اما به طالبان داده نمی‌شود و در تصرف ما هم نیست. مؤسساتی برای دریافت این کمک‌ها مقرر شده‌اند، ما مؤسساتی که امین باشند و خوب کار کنند را تأیید کرده و از آنها استقبال می‌کنیم».
