Раз уж мы на этой неделе упомянули Сальваторе Фиуме, в очередном выпуске «Воскресного постмодернизма» покажем его архитектурные проекты, которые предварили целое постмодернистское направление зодчества, в 1972 г. метко названное Робертом Вентури «домами-утками».
Фиуме спроектировал ряд антропоморфных и зооморфных построек, центральное место среди которых, конечно, занимают дома-петухи.

Since we mentioned Salvatore Fiume this week, our next installment of Sunday Postmodernism will be about his architectural designs that foretold an off-shoot of postmodernist architecture that Robert Venturi aptly referred to as “ducks” in 1972.
Fiume designed a whole series of anthropomorphic and zoomorphic structures, most of which predictably resemble a rooster.
