#蘋果高層案 被告遭加控煽動刊物罪 控罪日期遠早於《國安法》生效

壹傳媒創辦人黎智英，以及《蘋果日報》六名前高層的兩宗國安法案件，今早在西九龍法院再提堂。案件再押後兩個月至2月24日再進行交付程序，各被告以及三間蘋果日報公司被加控一項煽惑刊物罪，控方並將指控的日期定於2019年4月1日，直至《蘋果日報》停刊。各被告沒有保釋，繼續還柙。
連日來天氣寒冷，家屬都關心各被告保暖是否足夠，各被告今早出庭都添上厚外套，壹傳媒前行政總裁張劍虹指著身上羽絨，向家屬表示OK。《蘋果日報》前執行總編輯林文宗看起來精神不錯，向坐滿公眾席的前同事揮手。散庭後，一眾蘋果前同事亦向黎智英大喊保重，有旁聽人士激動流淚。
