1) Сыр натереть на терке. Яйцо взбить вилкой и добавить к нему тертый сыр 2) Массу с яйцом и сыром выложить на разогретую сковороду. Сразу сверху на эту массу положить лист лаваша. Готовить на медленном или среднем огне около 2 мин можно под крышкой
