خوب کردن حالمون خیلی هم زحمت نداره! نگاه کردن به ستاره‌ها و آب رودخونه، پابرهنه روی زمین راه رفتن، آوازی رو زمزمه کردن، تماشای گل‌ها و شکوفه‌ها، تنفس توی هوای تازه، کتاب خوندن، گوش دادن به یه موسیقی خوب، بوییدن میوه و قهوه، لمس کردن درخت‌ها، نوازش کردن حیوانات، بازی با بچه‌ها و حتی آب دادن به گلدون‌ها.
