В реестр планируется включать сведения о должниках по алиментам, привлеченных к административной, уголовной ответственности за неуплату средств на содержание несовершеннолетних детей или недееспособных детей, достигших совершеннолетия, либо нетрудоспособных родителей, а также об объявленных судебным приставом в розыск.
После включения гражданина в реестр, информация о нем будет находится в открытом доступе до тех пор, пока он полностью не погасит долг.
