بلغور + ۲ پیمانه آب داخل قابلمه بریزید و روی حرارت ملایم قرار دهید هر از گاهی هم بزنید وقتی آبش تموم شد شیر اضافه کنید و بگذارید کمی بجوشه و مقداری غلیظ بشه در هنگام پختن بلغور حواستون باشه که هم سر نرود و هر از گاهی هم بزنید تا ته نگیرد. (موقع پخت درب قابلمه را نبندید چون سر میره)
وقتی خوب پخت و لعاب دار شد کمی نمک یا شکر بهش اضافه کنید.
اگر نمک ریختید با مقداری زیره میل کنید ؛عالی میشه.
اگر مثل من شکر ریختید با مقداری دارچین میل کنید ؛عالی میشه.
