is the adminstration of an effective antimicrobial agent to prevent rather than to treat certain microbe.
☜ يعني هنا بنستخدم ال Antibiotic للوقاية من حدوث Infection.
☜ عادة بنستخدم ال Antibiotic ك Prophylaxis ف 3 حالات:
①Prior to surgery:
☜ بنستعمله قبل وبعد العمليات الجراحية للوقاية من عدوى الجروح:

☜ برضو بنستخدمه ف العيانيين اللي عندهم مشاكل وضعف ف الجهاز المناعي.

☜وهنا بنستخدم ال Antibiotic بناء على الاعراض والعلامات فقط اللي ظهرت ف العيان 🩺قبل ظهور نتيجة المعمل..🔬
⺋● إياك تفهم إنو ال Emprical therapy عبارة عن علاج عشوائي لالا..❌ ال Emprical therapy بتعتمد ع فكرة بنسميها:

⺋⏪و فيها نحن بنختار ال Antibiotic كالآتي:
❒ بناء على الأعراض اللي بتظهر ف المريض ح نعرف مكان حدوث ال Infection.
❒ وبناء على نوع ال Infection ح يكون عندنا بكترياء واحدة او اكثر هم المسؤوليين عن ال Infection.
❒ وبناء على نوع البكترياء ح نختار ال antibiotic المناسب لهذا ال infection.
❒ و بعد عمل الفحوصات والتحاليل نقوم بالآتي:
◆ إذا كانت النتيجة ممتطابقة للتوقعات يبقى خير وبركة ف الحالة دي بنواصل على نفس ال Antibiotic.
