Я только с переездом за границу стала четко понимать, что все эти мультикультурные различия - это не ерунда, типа давайте вы подстроитесь под нас, а мы будем вести себя, как привыкли. Так не работает.
Другая культура - это реально другая культура, и люди могут даже в самых простых вещах не договориться и не понимать, чего хочет оппонент, или почему та сторона не идет на контакт, если игнорируют чужой культурный код. Не знаю по какой причине президент США игнорирует такой важный момент.

The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
