К такому выводу пришли аналитики ГК «КОРТРОС» (в Свердловской области представлено АО СЗ «РСГ-Академическое») и «Лаборатории цифровизации жилья» на основании опроса, проведенного в марте и феврале 2025 года. В нем приняли участие порядка 2 тыс. человек из разных регионов РФ вне зависимости от пола и возраста.
