Действующие тарифы на доставку глинозема не покрывают затраты на организацию перевозочного процесса.
Процедура предполагает донастройку тарифов по итогам первого этапа исходя из реальных объемов и структуры перевозок. В итоге грузы к 2030 году должны оказаться во втором тарифном классе.
