根据《2024年世界肥胖报告》，高身体质量指数（BMI≥25kg/m2）的全球估算数据显示，高BMI的成年人比例将从 2020 年的 42% 增加到 2035 年的超过 54%，占据全球人口总数的半壁江山！这一触目惊心的数字揭示了一个令人忧虑的事实：超重人群数量即将超越正常体重人群，成为全球最为严重的公共卫生挑战之一。
事实上，我国的超重或肥胖情况也不容乐观。有报告显示，2020-2035年我国的肥胖年增长率高达5.4%；在没有采取相关措施的情况下，到2035年几乎每5个中国人中就会有1名出现肥胖问题
去年，柳叶刀子刊The Lancet Regional Health-Western Pacific上刊登的一项研究“Adiposity impacts cognitive function in Asian populations: an epidemiological and Mendelian Randomization study”，揭示了肥胖的又一大危害——肚子越大，脑子越伤！
这项在近万名亚洲人群中开展的流行病学分析和两样本孟德尔随机化研究显示：内脏脂肪和BMI升高，均与认知能力下降之间存在因果关系——具体来说，内脏脂肪每增加0.27kg，认知能力便会随之下降，相当于认知年龄衰退了0.7年。
研究者从新加坡生命健康队列（HELIOS）中收集到8769名参与者，并记录下他们的代谢指标和认知数据。
其中，使用DEXA全身扫描对身体脂肪成分进行了量化，包括16个体脂相关指数以及14个代谢参数，以评估参与者的肥胖与代谢情况。
此外研究者发现了三大因素与认知功能之间存在因果联系，分别是：内脏脂肪组（VAT）、BMI和BMI调整后的腰臀比。
其中，“内脏脂肪的增加导致认知能力衰退”的因果关系最强！内脏脂肪每增加0.27kg，或一般脂肪每增加4.52kg/m2，认知年龄会随之衰老0.7岁。 source

Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on Android
