Премьер-министр России Михаил Мишустин подписал документ, регламентирующий порядок оказания медицинской помощи иностранным гражданам на территории страны. Об этом 10 мая говорится в постановлении на официальном интернет-портале правовой информации.
«Помощь в экстренной форме при острых заболеваниях или обострении хронических заболеваний, представляющих угрозу жизни, оказывается иностранным гражданам бесплатно», — говорится в документе.
В тексте постановления уточняется, что иностранным гражданам на территории России экстренная медицинская помощь будет предоставляться бесплатно и в соответствии с российским законодательством. Новые правила начнут действовать с 1 сентября 2025 года и будут актуальны до 1 сентября 2031 года.
