八旬翁於4月16日在中聯辦大樓附近，用鑿刺向正在請願的社民連成員梁國雄，令梁國雄右腰窩擦傷。他今（17日）在東區裁判法院承認一項襲擊致造成身體傷害罪。裁判官鄭紀航稱，涉案金屬鑿堅硬、尖銳，有一定重量，幸好事主傷勢不重，但在影片看到老翁「行動敏捷」，並從他口中可聽出他「熱愛社會」，與對方政見不同才犯案，認為被告願意為社會做一些有意義的事，決定先為他索取社會服務令報告，押後至10月13日判刑。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
