机器人 inline 模式是什么？怎么使用？

部分机器人开启了 inline 模式，可以把它理解为一个全局模式，并且 inline 模式无需将机器人加入群组就可以使用。用户可以通过在任何聊天中的文本输入框中，输入机器人用户名和查询关键词来调用机器人。
举个例子，群组机器人 @zh_groups_bot 就有 inline 模式，使用方法是：
在任意聊天窗口内输入 @机器人用户名（如 @zh_groups_bot），然后空格，再根据机器人提示输入关键词（如 TGgeek），就会出现相应的功能，如图所示。
