傅政华案7月28日在长春市中院一审开庭。指控中受贿部分公开审理，徇私枉法部分因涉及国家秘密不公开审理。
检方指控：傅政华2005至2021年间为有关单位和个人在企业经营、职务调整、案件处理等方面提供帮助，本人直接或通过其亲属非法收受财物共计合1.17亿余元；2014至2015年其任北京市公安局长期间，对其弟弟付卫华涉嫌严重犯罪问题线索隐瞒不报、不依法处置，致付卫华长期未被追诉，情节特别严重。
傅政华当庭表示认罪悔罪。法院将择期宣判。
