美国11月16日将中国公安部物证鉴定中心从出口管制的实体清单移除。该机构2020年5月被特朗普政府列管，理由是认为其有分参与对维吾尔等少数民族的迫害。中方长期主张，解除该制裁是中美就管控芬太尼前体展开合作的必要前提。

The cloud-based messaging platform is also adding Anonymous Group Admins feature. As per Telegram, this feature is being introduced for safer protests. As per the Telegram blog post, users can “Toggle Remain Anonymous in Admin rights to enable Batman mode. The anonymized admin will be hidden in the list of group members, and their messages in the chat will be signed with the group name, similar to channel posts.”
