河内公寓火灾56人死亡越南法院判八人入狱

2023年河内一栋公寓楼发生火灾，造成56人死亡，越南一家法院星期五（3月14日）判处八人入狱。那是越南20年来最严重的火灾。失火的建筑物只有一个出口，外面没有紧急梯子。邻居和居民报告说，人们挣扎着从铁栏杆遮住的窗户逃出火海。法新社引述河内法院的判决书说，这栋九层楼高的公寓楼的业主严光明（Nghiem Quang Minh）必须因2023年9月发生的火灾受到“最严厉的惩罚”，法院裁决他违反消防法规，判处他12年监禁。判决书称，严光明的行为“非常危险”，“对人员生命和物质损失造成了特别严重的后果”。 …

Telegram announces Anonymous Admins

The cloud-based messaging platform is also adding Anonymous Group Admins feature. As per Telegram, this feature is being introduced for safer protests. As per the Telegram blog post, users can “Toggle Remain Anonymous in Admin rights to enable Batman mode. The anonymized admin will be hidden in the list of group members, and their messages in the chat will be signed with the group name, similar to channel posts.”
