联合精密：股东郑梓贤计划减持不超过 1.47% 公司股份
联合精密 (001268.SZ) 公告称，公司持股 5% 以上股东郑梓贤计划在公告披露之日起 15 个交易日后的三个月内，通过集中竞价交易、大宗交易等方式减持公司股份不超过 1,573,575 股，即不超过公司总股本的 1.47%。减持原因是自身资金需要，减持价格将根据市场价格确定，且不低于发行价。
