3 月 24 日，银城国际控股（01902.HK）发布公告称，2025 年 3 月 14 日，公司接获港交所函件，表示港交所上市委员会认为公司并无履行任何复牌指引，也未能于 2025 年 3 月 3 日届满日期前恢复股份买卖，并决定根据上市规则第 6.01A (1) 条取消公司的上市地位。银城国际控股的股份最后上市日期为 2025 年 3 月 28 日，并将于 2025 年 3 月 31 日上午九时正起取消股份上市地位。
