目前AS4809仅提供境外段（X-F）IPv6 互联。跨境段（C-I）与境内段均为AS4134。
其质量与直接使用AS4134 IPv6 相当，甚至质量更差。
在LAX Pro 中配置CN2 IPv6，可以简单理解为DMIT支付CN2 GIA的成本，为提供客户AS4134的服务。

I have no inside knowledge of a potential stock listing of the popular anti-Whatsapp messaging app, Telegram.
