رییس مرکز بازرسی، مبارزه با فرار مالیاتی و پولشویی سازمان امور مالیاتی، در خصوص اینکه سخنگوی سازمان تعزیرات اخیرا اعلام کرده گرفتن پول نقد توسط پزشکان تخلف تعزیراتی نیست، گفت:
🔹️از ابتدای سال ۱۴۰۲ پزشکان مکلف به استفاده از دستگاه کارتخوان شده اند و تخلف از این حکم قانونی ممکن است تخلف تعزیراتی نباشد، اما تخلف از قانون محسوب می‌شود.
🔹مستوفی افزود: پزشکانی که از دستگاه کارتخوان استفاده نمی‌کنند با شناسایی حساب‌های شخصی یا حساب‌های بستگانشان که از آن طریق پول دریافت می‌کنند، درآمدهایشان را احصا می‌کنیم و نسبت به درآمدهای احصا شده مطالبه مالیات را خواهیم داشت./تسنیم
